Join us for a classic Saturday market with one slight change, our food is all vegan! On September 21st, join us for our partnership with the one and only vegan master Cheff’ Rootsie, and a special pop-up from Futureworks NYC who are offering budding entrepreneurs the essentials they need. We’re continuing on the legacy and supporting the best in NYC, so come down and hang with us to find a wide range of vendors.

Futureworks NYC is at Hester Street Fair this Saturday to let you discover how all of their resources can soon become yours. But who are FutureWorks? They’re an incubator group on a mission to inspire and equip New Yorkers to build a 21st-century production economy together with a network of partnerships, services, educational programming, equipment, and spaces. Embrace Raw Living – Raw vegan pizza brought to you by an inside-and-out gorgeous family! Chef Chandra Lee won the prize for Best Presentation at this year’s Test Kitchen competition, and you have to see why for yourself.
Quiaufa’s Kitchen – With a mission for people to enjoy Soul Food that is healthy and delicious. Chef Sherri keeps the tradition of Soul Food in her community while having a healthy relationship with the cuisine. Her food is filled with vitamins and antioxidants to help reverse sickness caused by poor diet choices.
Veggie Grub – Cheff’ Rootsie is the master behind many of the vegan food festivals you’ve gone to within the past year in addition to being a powerhouse behind the vegan food court in St. Marks. We certainly love her for more than just the food, and without a doubt, you will feel the same once you get a plate and see her smile.

Elaine’s Sweets – Not sure about you, but our favorite type of vegan food is the type where you can’t tell that it’s vegan. That’s the best way to describe Elaine’s Sweets! You can double-check our theory and let us know what you think.
