We’re excited to announce the opening of our new storefronts on 185 & 187 East Broadway. An expansive 1,800-square-foot space, directly across from the iconic Seward Park. Nestled in the heart of the Lower East Side, this new location offers not just generous square footage, but also a rare New York City gem: a private backyard.
Housed in a former printing press, the space is rich with character and history. It features soaring ceilings, an open and adaptable layout, and tons of natural light – the perfect canvas for creativity. Before we fully reimagine and renovate the space later this year, we’re opening it up to the community for a limited time.
We’re currently inviting a curated selection of pop-ups, brand activations, and special events to bring fresh energy into the space. Whether you’re an emerging designer, a creative collective, or a brand looking to connect with your audience in an unforgettable way, we’d love to collaborate.
Stay tuned for upcoming programming – or reach out if you’d like to be part of it.

Why This Space Matters
This isn’t just a new location – it’s a chance to explore what’s possible when space meets intention. We’re drawn to places that carry a story, and this old printing press has plenty to say. As we shape its next chapter, we’re excited to invite others in to make their mark, too.
If you’re interested in hosting something here – whether it’s a one-day pop-up, an intimate panel, or a multi-week installation – get in touch. We’re keeping things flexible, experimental, and community-minded.
Let’s build something together.
