For this years annual Ice Cream Social, we added a friendly competition allowing fair-goers to be the judge of the best ice cream flavor at Hester Street Fair. Participating vendors included Ice & Vice, J-Rock’s Excellent Ice Cream, Mikey Likes It, Noona’s, Sweetface Snoballs, Penguin Ice Cream, and more! Ice Cream Social attendees voted on their favorite flavor. With hundreds of votes, Noona’s Toasted Rice flavor was this year’s winner and crowd favorite!
