EVENT DETAILS
Hester Street Fair is bringing the neighborhood together for a full block party on East Broadway between Rutgers and Jefferson on Saturday, May 16th from 11am to 6pm.
Founded in 2010 just one block north on Hester Street, Hester Street Fair has long been a gathering place for New York City’s small businesses, creatives, and community — a space where ideas are tested, brands are launched, and people come together around food, culture, and connection.
On May 16th, alongside our charitable partner Henry Street Settlement and cultural partner Abrons Arts Center, we’re celebrating the neighborhood and LES History Month with a day dedicated to the people, culture, and history that define the Lower East Side.
Expect a vibrant mix of food vendors, local makers, community organizations, performances, and more — all set in the heart of the neighborhood.
The event is free and open to the public.
We are currently accepting applications for:
- Market vendors
Food vendors
Nonprofits & community organizations
