The Hester Street Fair is an outdoor market on the Lower East Side in treelined Seward Park, at the corner of Essex & Hester. Every Saturday we host a market focussing on food, collected & hand made goods, performance, & workshops. We pride ourselves on being the most affordable fair in the five burroughs, allowing our vendors flexibility to experiment with their business models and products. This results in a fun, diverse & authentic market experience, not the blog-like experience you may have at other fairs through-out the city.
This Season, the Hester Street Fair has taken on a number of creative projects both within the Saturday fair and on Sundays. We have collaborated and hosted an exciting group of friends, artists, musicians, chefs, DJ’s, designers, educators, ect. To name a few, EckhausLatta, Miho Hatori, Patrick Higgins, MSHR, Spur Tree, Topical Cream Magazine, TomTomMagazine, SomethingsHappeningShop, BlackTreeNYC, Cleo Wade, ChisoNYC, Heidi Lee, Sun Araw, Georgia, and more have all contributed to this season’s content….
